Start with the current program

SONIC introduced its current rewards program in April 2026. Use the official app or account terms because old MySONIC deal articles may describe a different program.

Track points before conversion

The official FAQ says at least 200 points are needed before conversion to a reward. Confirm the current balance and eligible earning activity in the account.

Watch two expiration clocks

SONIC says points are valid for one year and a converted reward coupon is valid for 60 days. Check both the points history and the coupon expiration.

Verify eligible channels

Current earning is described through the SONIC app and website. Confirm the signed-in account, participating drive-in and eligible order before payment.

Keep account problems separate

For missing points, save the receipt and account details needed by official support, but never send passwords, verification codes or full payment-card information.
